My first pregnancy was rather easy until about 28 weeks when I ended up with pubic symphysis dysfunction and completely lost the ability to walk without crutches for almost three weeks. This time around I started seeing Dr. Sarah a bit sooner in my pregnancy. Her office is so kid friendly so I was easily able to come by myself with my toddler! The last few weeks of pregnancy I went 2-3 times a week for adjustments and I was able to make it to 42 weeks (although that was definitely not the plan!) with minimal discomfort! The best part? This time around I had NO back labor with my second birth! I completely attribute this to the frequency of adjustments towards the end and will be forever grateful because MAN in birth already intense enough without unnecessary back pain added to the mix. Thank you Dr. Sarah!
