I have been going there 2 days a week for the last year. The coaches are all very knowledgeable , encouraging and interested in helping me with my goals of improving strength and balance. I enjoy and look forward to each session.
The staff is amazing. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging and time efficient.
I definitely have a crush on Cassandra. She’s extremely cute. I would probably have a crush on Cari but she’s my trainer. That would be inappropriate.
I highly recommend The Exercise Coach Town and Country. Great staff, great workouts, Cassandra is hot.
I have enjoyed working out here - everyone is very friendly and helpful! They tailor the workouts to what I need, and there is a good variety of machines to keep the workouts fresh. Exercise Coach is helping me meet my fitness goals!
