I worked several assignments through People Ready for this company. The location of the job site was the St.Charles family arena. For the most part it was a great experience. Anthony(site supervisor) is friendly and easy to work for. However, Melvina makes it an unpleasant experience. She does not know how to speak to workers professionally and often overrides what Anthony has already instructed you to do. She is very intimidated by anyone who works harder and better than her. It doesn't make it any better that her husband and daughter both work at that site, so she feels that she can bully you. If she was not there, it would actually be a great place to work. The St Charles family arena has a gentleman by the name of Anthony who is the supervisor on that site I wanted to give a special acknowledgment for his people skills his work ethic along with problem solving and a keen eye for detail it's hard to find good help and leadership and he possesses the qualities that anyone would want to have on their team or work for he's able to recruit people to continuously come out to the work site for less pay than another job would offer just because he's able to work well with others never did I think for that wage I would work more than one or two shifts I have become a fixture LOL at the facility on every job ticket that's offered...read full review
Cleantech management needs improvement on their management skills also on the wff / hes management needs to improve on their management skills the manager I have is a stuck up what's going to call it very rude trying to get me fired because I filed a grievance against the Union and the people in the office are taking their time finding me at place to go to be transferred to another account so they're taking their time finding me a new place to go to
