This is my first time using Tech2call. Kurt was prompt, helpful and very courteous. The time it took for him to complete the job did not take long. Very pleased with my new tv on the wall. I really like the hidden wires. Kurt also gave me some remote/tv tech tips that I would have never figured out. The pricing was just right. Will call again for sure.

This is the second time we have used their services. Making an appointment was easy. Kurt arrived on time. While I could have done this installation (the swap of AT&T fiber gateway equipment), I knew that he would be able to do this in half the time. And if there were issues, he would know how to fix them. His knowledge is amazing, and Amy is excellent at coordinating the appointments, providing receipts, etc. You will not be disappointed (he is better than anyone Geek Squad sends).

Kurt B. did a great job of correcting the problems created by AT&T in our home. He corrected the situation by using his knowledge of wired and wireless systems to restore television service to all the locations in our home. We would rate his service as excellent.Herb Blume
