I came with a damaged head of hair and a ruinous haircut. Charles patiently studied the situation, devised a game plan, and initiated an effort to repair the mess. He is talented, knowledgeable, skilled, and forthright. He is everything I want in a hairdresser. I feel fortunate to have found him. Plus he’s a great guy!
