Been going here for years and always, always pleased. Just saw an unfortunate review stating that they refused service for 3 pedicures. I was in the salon when it happened. Only Tweet was in the salon as the other techs had left due to the storm and no customers. A lady came in without an appointment wanting 3 pedicures, which would not be possible. Tweet was polite and told her no other techs were available. This is not a reflection of bad or impolite service. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Just an opinion, maybe make an appointment if you need 3 pedicures on a Saturday afternoon in May with proms, graduations, and Mothers day all happening.Services: Polish removal

I've been coming to Susan Nails for about 4yrs, they are absolutely the best! I see Jessica! Shes absolutely amazing at what she does! My nails never chip or lift, they always look the same going back as it did the day I got them done(that's with going in every 3-5 weeks) everyone there is absolutely great at what they do!
