New customer. The lady was very professional on the phone. Was able to get me in same day for hair cut and color. Amanda was very informative with all my questions. My grays were completely colored and she cut the needed split ends. I would recommend this hair salon.
It is so hard to find a good stylist who listens to what you want and makes you feel beautiful but Kelsey at Studio 16 managed to do just that! Making an appointment online was so simple too. I'm very happy! Definitely worth the $$ to know you will leave feeling great.
I love how my hair looks after a highlight/cut with Nichole! I found Studio 16 when I moved to STL 7 years ago. The salon has a very modern loft feel to it. I live in California now, but I continue to make appointments to return to see Nichole when I am in town. I am always so impressed with how Nichole can decipher what I am describing I want done to my hair and I walk out looking great! They also have online booking which is really convenient.
