I had an amazing experience at Stretch U! Kayla was the one who stretched me, and she was professional, polite, and extremely skilled at what she does. She made the whole session comfortable and effective. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and welcoming, which made the overall vibe even better. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and inviting — you can tell they really care about their clients.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Stretch U to anyone looking for a quality stretch session!

After a couple months of weekly stretching sessions, the progress is slow but sure. I’ve had ongoing back pain the last 40 years and locked hip flexors the last 10 years, so you can’t expect instant results, but there is some improvement in flexibility, so I’ll take it. And I don’t despise small beginnings! Braden has been great to work with and is patient with my limited flexibility, and keeps on me about stretching on my own at home. Need to be more disciplined! The atmosphere, cleanliness and music are great! No complaints at all!
