I lost all keys to my car (no remote, all manual locks) and they sent a tech out and he was able to get into the car and make two keys. Good quality work, and it was done quickly. I would do business with them again.
I needed a new key cut from the key code on my Prius. There was some flim-flam about a 5 or 7 digit number but it turned out there was a substantial extra charge to "look-up" the key code. I got my shiney new key which worked perfectly with one major exception, it wasn't a Prius key. It wouldn't fit in the key fob like EVERY other Prius key I've ever seen does. The locksmith gladly cut the new special keys I ordered so it worked out alright in the end.
