We have a huge, fat, jerk cat (Maine Coon) and a 100 year old, demented, anxious dog. I have to say the staff here do an amazing job with both animals. The cat has hair for days, and we get him shaved twice a year. Sure, he looks ridiculous, but it cuts down on the hair all over the house. The staff shave every square inch of him, and I mean EVERYTHING. I don't know how they do it (I can't even cut the bastard's nails without him freaking out), and I might not want to know, but I do know he comes home smelling so clean and groomed. I moved here from Texas and I wanted to make sure I found another groomer that my dog would enjoy and I totally loved this place! They are so good to my dog and very reasonable in prices
I have a four and a half month shitzu I have been taking him to petsmart for the past 2 and a 1/2 months. Trying to get them to groom him. They refused every time due to his aggression of being afraid. I called around to like 7 different groomer. Half of them never answered the phone. Till I call metropolitan groomer. I gave them detail on my puppy and the lady there said bring him in. She will have no problem in trying. She have worked with dogs worse than that. I prayed the whole night the day before.
