Doc is a friendly guy who values his integrity and his reputation. And he really knows leather. We have a very heavy leather sofa that was showing heavy wear on the seats and arm rests and we really did not want to take somewhere, or even have to move it to the garage. Doc was able to dye it in my living room. I was a bit concerned about flying dye staining my window coverings or floors, but I should not have worried. Everything was well covered and spotless. And the sofa looks like new. It is an identical match to a matching ottoman we have in the same room that we did not get re-dyed. Most importantly, Doc showed up when he said he would and honored everything he told me.
We had a leather loveseat and sofa that are 25 years old and were very worn. Doc came out and gave us a very reasonable bid. When he came to the house, he was very professional, and explained everything up front. He found some tears in the fabric that we had not seen. He was able to fix them as well. First and most importantly, the process Doc used to remove the stains worked perfectly. I was hopeful the stains would be made less noticeable, but the process Doc used went WAY beyond that. The seats look brand new and there is no evidence of any stains. This was one of those magic moments when something turns out much better than you ever dreamed it could. I found Doc to be a perfectionist at what he did. He spent significant time covering the parts of the car that were not being treated and he took his time through the entire process to make sure it was perfect. He is proud of what he does and rightfully so. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use him again.
