I am giving Ryan and the company this review because Ryan went above and beyond to repair my boiler issue. He was knowledgeable, concerned and very pleasant. He answered and gave input to my questions. I highly recommend this company and Ryan the technician to handle your heating & cooling needs.
5 Stars for Zack S!!!! He solved my overwhelming dust problem. He found the source of the problem with an intake space filled with concrete chunks, dust, and debris. Thank yo so much SmartHouse for this employee!!
We used Smarthouse to install a dual-fuel system (new heat pump and 97% efficiency gas furnace) to replace our 30-year old 6 SEER AC and 80% furnace. We probably could have eked out another few years with this system, but the tax credit is expiring at the end of the year, and I didn't want the system to break on the hottest/coldest days of the year, as they like to do.
I went with Smarthouse because the owner Marc and sales manager Tim were both very patient with all my questions (this was my first HVAC replacement), and their pricing was more reasonable than another company, and with better equipment than the two that quoted lower.
