It was a pleasure to receive kindness and services at the SLU Daughtery Ferry Dermatology location. Specific staff made that difference for both my husband and myself. The first was the kiosk coordinator by the name of Gabby. She smiled, and gave us her help through the registration process. She had a wonderful sense of humor. The other staff professional was Kay at the front desk. She provided me with answers to how best to Make appointments. She was a significant help. She was professional throughout our conversation. Both staff persons asked more than once.'could they do anything else for us?'
- Friendly and fast staff.
- Clean facility.
- Rough parking situation when I went.
- Camera in the exam room, not told before undressing... just uncomfortable.
- I realize it is a teaching hospital now, but didn't know before attending and was surprised to go through my exam twice and with an audience both times.
Just sharing so others are aware. It's a 2 for me but may not bother you.
Very professional. Most people are upset because of how far initial visits are, but have to realize the demand for their expertise. Maybe in the future, they will get more help. The country is running on less than adequate staff.
