About Sears Appliance Repair
Sears Appliance Repair has been a trusted name in appliance repair for over sixty years. Their local repair technicians are ready to fix a wide range of appliances, including water heaters, washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and cooktops, regardless of where the appliance was purchased. Customers can expect same-day or next-day appointments, and the technicians are professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. One customer praised the technician's exceptional diagnostic skills, while another noted the fast response time and the technician's ability to promptly diagnose and repair the issue. However, some customers have raised concerns about the policy of requiring homeowners to dispose of defective parts, especially for senior citizens.
Michael T arrived on time and did a professional repair job. I would recommend him without question.
Sears Appliance Repair's policy of making the home owner get rid of the defective parts and boxes the new parts came in needs some review where Senior Citizens are concerned, especially where the part(s) are very heavy or have sharp edges.
I was surprised at how fast Sears was able to send out a repair person so quickly. I called yesterday about the problem I was having with my Refrigerator and the problem was fixed today. Repair person was professional, respectful and knowledgeable on fixing the problem.
Excellent diagnostician! 1st tech that came to our house, looked at the refrigerator and said it's a plumbing issue. Spent money getting a plumber who checked everything and said it's the refrigerator. Calked Sesrs back and Marvin came. He promptly diagnosed the issue as a pump issue, ordered the replacement part and when the ort came, Marvin returned and completed the repair. As I said at the beginning of this review he was exceptional and I couldn't say anything better.
