Overall good experience with Saxquest. They're a fair business and are honest. Communication is undoubtedly an issue. I had to call about 4 or 5 times over a month to make sure they hadn't forgotten about my trade-in. To be fair, it was a trade-in I mailed so there may have been some delays with the holidays and everything. I highly recommend that you do all trade-ins in-person. But other than that, they do great work and Mark is one of the most knowledgeable people you'll ever talk to. Very friendly too. You can trust this place.

A destination store for all reeed players. Beautiful historic shop with a knowledgeable staff of accomplished players and technicians. Drove two days to visit. The museum is full of rare horns too. Exceptional!

If you have any interest in saxophones, visit the museum. Mark and Elke have both been playing saxophone since 4th grade. It's a great place to pick up your child's first instrument. It's an even better place to upgrade your instrument when your child makes it into jazz band.
