Perfect Experience!!! This is one of the Best Salons in St. Louis. Professional, friendly and kind. They listen to what you want & provide it 100%. I'm a Big Fan of VIK & Lauren!!! Book early because they fill up quickly. I go to the Chippewa location, but they have a location on Grand & Arsenal as well.
Above and beyond customer service. I get treated like a queen when visiting. For years and years, I have gone to the walk-in places to have my hair done. But I was making a major change in my style and wanted someone (and place) who would take their time. Not just in and out, next. I was greeted by my stylist Natalie. Offered tea, coffee, or wine. Then Natalie took the time to listen to what I wanted. Besides getting a fabulous cut and drink, I got an amazing head and scalp message, which is included with the price of the cut. Valerie & the entire staff are wonderful & inviting. It's nice being greeted by a smiling face when you walk in the door. Valerie does an amazing job on my hair. I would highly recommend her & this salon.
