Rose Extermination has been the preferred vendor of my office for eight years, since 2014. When I scheduled an appointment for our two buildings to be sprayed, they never arrived to the initial appointment. We were not contacted about this, and I rescheduled for another date. This time, Brian arrived and refused to service our food pantry because of our organization's masking policies. We desperately needed our building serviced so we decided to allow him entry without a mask and asked that he just give space to our staff and clients. This was not good enough for him and he left without servicing us and was a no-show with no notice to our other building's appointment... read full review
