Couldn’t be happier working with Rose Extermination. From the first call to Jenny to the last handshake from Brady. Tremendous service…he even drove home to get a mosquito sprayer that were decided to do after the fact. Highly recommend Rose!!!
They answered the phone when I called. They showed up in a timely fashion. They were efficient and effective. I've worked with several other companies and they just don't have the bedside manner that I would expect. You're still working with people and you have to act like it. I want an experience, and not just somebody that sprays bugs. They did both
I had no Idea that the treatment was that labor intensive. Over 100 holes in the concrete and soil treatment completely around the house and in the crawl space under the family room. I was questioning if I should have the house treated. There was old damage but nothing recent. When hearing the cost I decided it would be worth it for peace of mind. In my case they completed the work within a few days and if I didn't know what to look for I would not have known they were even there. VERY HAPPY!!
