Rose Extermination has been the preferred vendor of my office for eight years, since 2014. When I scheduled an appointment for our two buildings to be sprayed, they never arrived to the initial appointment. We were not contacted about this, and I rescheduled for another date. This time, Brian arrived and refused to service our food pantry because of our organization's masking policies. We desperately needed our building serviced so we decided to allow him entry without a mask and asked that he just give space to our staff and clients. Extremely unprofessional. Left several holes in my floor and never returned my calls after over a year to patch them. To make matters worse, the termites returned. I called another exterminator, and he said this company completely botched my termite extermination. If you value your time and money, do not make the mistake of going with this company.Service: Termite extermination

Recommended by our realtor last year when purchasing a home. At that tome the house had mice and termite issues. Mitigation steps were put in place and we’ve had no issues since. Our annual appointment was today. No new damage found. Everyone was friendly and addressed all questions.
