Worst customer service ever. From the driver to the customer service. They refused to take the empty pallet with them. What I gonna do with the heavy and oversized pallet? It doesn’t fit on the car? Most of truck line companies always take it with them. To all the vendors and shipper. Think about having businesses with Road Runner. Their service hasn’t improved for years. I will ask my delivery company to pick the truck line before placing orders

I have a Ring video of this company’s truck running over my mailbox on June 19th at 9:09am. They are unresponsive to my requests to have this handled. I have reached out 5 times now with no results. Very unprofessional.Update: Their insurance finally reached out to me on October 24th (6 months later!) asking for the information on what we have for proof and our receipts for repairs. They say they are mailing a check for what we spent.

This company bought Active Aero. I'm a driver and everytime I get a load booked by Active Aero it's nothing but harassment from pick up to delivery. They lie and say the load has been made critical just to speed things up. They threaten that if you can't make changes according to their last minute constant changes they'll just pull you from the load. This brokerage is a joke and it's going to cost this company alot of outside carriers.
