Richards gave excellent troubleshooting to a quirky problem. I got five estimates when I had a roof problem, and was replacing my flat roof, and only Richard’s took time to troubleshoot the issue. Start to finish communication was great, prices were very fair & comparable even though they offered so much more, They were accurate on time, and each person who showed up was excellent at their job. There didn’t seem to be a hierarchy, rather as a customer you were happy each person had the job they had. When there was a snafu in the middle (due to the quirky problem) They let me know immediately, and with some troubleshooting again the problem is resolved completely....read full review

I had four quotes from four different roofing companies. While they were the most expensive, it was obvious from the beginning that they know roofs and know what they are doing. The previous roof was not installed properly, which resulted in the seam of the house and roof looking a mess. However, Richard's did the work right and they made it look nice. They went above and beyond to ensure a properly installed roof and it is attractive! Very happy with their work!

About three weeks ago we had Richards Roofing install a new roof on our home. Love it! First Class service. Very Professional. Quality product. Once they started it was basically done in one day.
