I've had this company come out and fix a leak and did and awsome job. Called them for an estimate on a new roof, they came out took a look around and guy went to his truck and just left without saying a word. Not worth it?

I had hail damage from recent storms. I had multiple estimates from 5 local companies for a new roof. Todd Fyffe with John Beal worked on 4 different estimates to determine which shingle from the top manufacturers would be affordable with a great warranty and long life! Their crew did an amazing job! Great service and great cleanup after the work. Todd was fantastic as I requested the estimates because the insurance would only cover similar to existing and he was very quick to provide them. Their bid was the most competitive too! Some companies after I said the bids were very close did not follow through with providing a bid!
TL;DR: Todd at John Beal is the guy you want. He went above and beyond, answered all my questions, checked in constantly, and made the whole drawn-out insurance/roofing process way easier than I ever expected.
I don’t usually write good reviews (I’m more of a “complain when things go wrong” type ?), but Todd really deserves it. This whole process started back in April and didn’t get finished until this past week thanks to all the insurance drama, and Todd stuck with me the entire time.
