We contacted Reliable Heating and Cooling Friday morning (2/11/2022) after waking up freezing and immediately noticed our furnace was no longer working. Within a few hours of our call, Derrick from Reliable was at our home thoroughly examining the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable which made it easy for us to trust his diagnoses and the options available. Our furnace is original to the house so we knew this day would come and made the easy decision to replace it. Derrick and his colleague Jared were back the next morning (yes, on a SATURDAY) to install our new furnace. My husband and I were blown away by their willingness to help as the nights were dipping below 20 degrees. Both Derrick and Jared did an amazing job, they were considerate of our home, very professional, the install is beautiful (yes, a furnace and new thermostat can be beautiful) and they made sure we understood the workings of our new furnace before leaving. They truly came to our rescue and saved the day! It's hard to find a company these days that truly cares about their customers and can stand behind their work. We are now customers for life and will not use anyone but Reliable for any HVAC issues moving forward. We're already planning to replace our A/C unit (its also old) very soon and we know who we will be calling! Thank you Reliable, Derrick and Jared!
