I have been going here for at least a year now and the people there have been good to me. Taylor and his staff are always friendly, easy to talk to, and they seem like they care. Today was my first experience at Refined Barber Collective. I called the business to inquire about an appointment (recommendation - the online process for making an appointment is seamless - I will follow that option in the future). I spoke with Taylor, who coordinated the scheduling (same day) of my appointment. I arrived early and was greeted by Taylor. I was quickly seated in the barber's chair. I had a lengthy explanation of how I was seeking a new hairstyle; I am moving from a long-term hairstyle to some unknown future style... I know, right?! Everyone's dream client (eye roll). Anyway, after giving him a general direction he ran with it. He nailed it. Listen, I didn't even know how to tell him what type of hairstyle I was seeking. This guy is good, VERY GOOD. It has been my experience that quality, attentive service is on the endangered species list. I want you to know that it is NOT extinct! Thank GOD for small businesses!
Was in town for a wedding with a friend and we needed a beard trim and touch up on hair . They had appointments and got us in, in between there appointments and quick and got us out. They were super friendly and welcoming and the shop is super nice and clean. 100% will come back if I'm ever in the area.
