Ever since I moved to Clifton Heights 5 year ago, Rob has been my mechanic. He's the most honest mechanic I've ever met. I mean the guy drove to my house on a Monday (when he's closed that day), jumped my car for me, and got me a new battery in an hour. I don't know a better car mechanic than Rob B. Thanks again Rob!
Rob...you will be missed. I can't explain it. You were the best car mechanic that never screwed me over, and always went the extra mile to fix it the right way. I saw you as a friend and a fellow neighbor. I'm shattered.
I got rear ended this week, and I was frantically trying to find out if my car was safe to drive. I looked at shops near me and found here (only a couple minute drive). I called Rob and asked if he could take a look for me. He very kindly told me to drive up and he’d be glad to take a look. He reassured me my bumper wouldn’t fall off (much to my worry) and under my car didn’t look too damaged and that I’d be safe til I got it into a body shop. Truly thankful to have support like that in the neighborhood when I was so uncertain of what to do next.
Rob is a true asset to our neighborhood. He was able to find a ghost electrical problem that caused my truck not to start. Thankfully I feel confident driving my truck again, knowing it’ll start every time. He also provided inspections on both my vehicles. if you wanna no nonsense guy that really knows his stuff. that’s Rob. I’m very grateful Thank you, Rob.
