Quality was recommended by my auto shop, and I appreciated the diagnosis and work needed. The quick guess (“my guys” did a quick favor for me looking at it while it was failing) was the transmission and recommended Quality.
Quality determined that it wasn’t the transmission, and fixed the other parts.
Appreciated them keeping me posted during the process and explaining all details. I will recommend them to my friends and family
Well after what seemed like 50 calls to get our service van in for a new transmission my friend referred me to these guys I’m glad he did not only did they just happen to have my transmission in stock they knocked it out in just one day for an unbelievable price!! Brought my car in after it was experiencing some sluggishness I thought was transmission related. They ran diagnostics and determined that probably wasn't it and advised me on where to take it for the codes they found. No charge since it was just testing. I appreciated their honesty when they could have tried to sell me some other fix.
