Friday night around 9 pm it was raining, but I noticed water bubling up almost 4 ft high in front of my house. Called non emergency , fire dept showed up and determined it was a busted water pipe. That's when neighbors started saying the basements were flooded. I wasn't to worry after 20myrs my basement through everything had remained dry, not this time. I googled flood cleanup and read Pride Restoration info and called them. The water company worked till 4 am and had the pipe replaced. Recently my basement was flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. It was a very large, carpeted area full of furniture and books. Dustin Sanders showed up within an hour of my call to the company and the crew removed and discarded the soaked carpet the same day. The crew were very friendly and hard-working. It took a week to complete a very complicated job with professionalism and good knowledge of details without taking short cuts.
