Tl;dr: Run, don't walk, to see Alex if you need an honest and transparent guy to sell you a new used vehicle.
A few weeks ago I totaled my car, and realized I would probably have trouble securing financing for a replacement, as I have 4 payments still due on our primary vehicle, and had just started the process of refinancing the car that was now totaled (meaning technically I had 3 open auto loans on my credit report, tanking my DTI ratio on paper).
