Dreaded going but it was a very pleasant experience, hot dryers I was outta there within 30 min -only needed dryers. The attendant Tracy I think was her name very helpful and friendly

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Today was my first experience using this laundromat. I didn’t have cash so the attendant allowed me to charge $10 to exchange for quarters. Instead of making me carry a handful of quarters he assisted by placing the quarters in the machine. It was clear I had never used these machines before as I have my own washing machine/dryer, so he showed me how they work.
Mon-Fri the dryers are free with use of washer. I notified the attendant when I was ready for the dryer. Again he was helpful with figuring out how much time and temperature my cotton rug needed. After going several weeks without doing laundry for 3 people at 2 different homes, due to a medical emergency, I looked overwhelmingly 😫 at all the loads and just did not want to spend several hours on my day off doing all this laundry. Poly Clean is literally around the block so I decided to treat myself/them and get it fluff and folded.
When I dropped off the loads at about 1:45 pm on Saturday, I let the woman know I wasn't in a rush and I was fine if it wasn't done until Monday or Tuesday. She took down my notes, such as only needing the scrubs hung, had me pre-pay and she said they'd call when done.
