Pleats had a very professional environment and staff. I had two items, a dry clean and a press and they were both ready the day after I dropped them off. There was ample communication after my drop-off and when my order was ready to pick up. I would definitely come back again.

I've got to admit, I'm obsessed with great launderers/dry cleaners. Since the pandemic they are few and far between. Pleats is great... great people, great service, great communication, great cleaning .-jcd (first time customer)

I needed a large quilt cleaned. Pleats took the task, advising me the choices between dry cleaning or laundering. I selected laundering based upon their recommendation, The work was done well and ahead of schedule. They assisted me in carrying the heavy quilt to my car. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Pleats will continue to be my "Go TO" for dry cleaning and large laundry needs.
