This is the friendliest location I've been to. They automatically applied a grant to my appointment so testing was covered, and overall everyone was very chill. You do your own private swabbing in the bathroom for testing. Not a big waiting room but more or less you'll be in and out.
Im not new to testosterone, and this isnt my first Planned Parenthood. But this building is so much better than any of the Kansas City locations! Every employee was so kind and made me feel safe and understood. They even gave me free syringes and a bin to safely dispose them in. They even offered to teach me how to use the testosterone. Since ive been on it for 2 years now, i didnt need the help. But it was nice to have been offered. When i first started out, no one showed me and i had to look up youtube tutorials to figure it out lol.But if youre new to horomone therapy i highly recommend this location! They were all incredible!
By far the best health care I've ever received! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I was super nervous about going but it was a great experience. Shout out to Valerie she was so welcoming and made me feel so much better it wasn't awkward at all. she was super lovely
