The gym is decent.. well maintained and clean. The staff is cool and laid back - but a lil too laid back lol members do whatever they want unchecked. People on the phone/singing out loud, using the express workout room and staying on one machine for 30 mins, pics & recording in locker rooms, and people using the walkways as a lap track are among the usual shenanigans here 🤣 for only $15 though, it’s bearable . Nice selection of machines and never too crowded. Pf black massages are nice too.
I really miss Jermaine the old asst. Manager. He was very polite & professional. The atmosphere isn't the same since he's been gone. The lady with the multi color hair is so unprofessional & rude, I'm thinking about going to another location to workout. The new night management is not the same.
Jermaine Deserves Recognition!
My sister and I have been members of this Planet Fitness for about four or five months now, and one of the main reasons we’ve kept coming back so consistently is because of Jermaine. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people at the gym. He always greets us with a smile, offers guidance when we need it, and takes the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident using the equipment.
It honestly saddened us to hear that he won’t be working as much. Jermaine brings so much positivity and warmth to this location—it’s hard to imagine walking in and not seeing his friendly face. It’s rare...read full review
