She explained what she was doing, made sure I felt comfortable, listened to my expectations, then executed a mutual plan to get the desired results. She made sure I understood what changes to expect during the following 2 weeks of the healing process. I have now completed the touch up session as well. My brows look completely natural with a better shape than my original brows! I no longer need to use a brow pencil at all. I truly believe that Susan is the best at what she does! “If you are thinking about getting Microblading Brows or training, go here! She is amazing! My sister had zero brows and we took weeks researching places that offer them. When we called Desiree got on the phone with us and talked to us about so many things we did not even think about to ask. It was very apparent she is very knowledgeable. We researched her and found out she is well known in the permanent makeup industry. People kept messaging us about her (in a good way), so we took the leap and booked her apt. When we got there my sister was very nervous but she calmed her down and did the procedure. The work was absolutely stunning and it looked like real hair eyebrows! I can't wait to get mine done by her but I live out of area and I was only visiting my sister. My sister was of thrilled with her new brows and they don't look tattooed.While there, I asked about if she offers training because I have taken many courses already and didn't feel like I knew enough to go do it. I booked and did 3 days of it with her and she taught me more in 3 days than I learned in 3 years training with other people! She also cost about 1/10 of what I spent on them. Just as valuable as the initial training has been her mentoring me to help me keep me and my business to scale up. If I have a question about anything she always answered. “I became a client about a year or so ago with Nad. I started with the brow signature and brow lamination later on. I still love the laminated brow look. I will still be getting that every other visit in between my threading. I saw one of their client as she was paying for her ombré brows and I knew that’s exactly what I wanted. I booked with Gina for it the following month (by time my tinted brows faded). I cannot recommend Gina for the ombré brows enough! She pointed out few things that I have never noticed in my face! She was very patient with me as I have one side way more droopy than other and she told me upfront this will not be 100% symmetrical. I appreciate her honesty and attention to details. She kept perfecting my outline you can tell she is a perfectionist!!! Getting compliments non-stop. My partner did not like my brows the first week he thought they’re so thick and ugly but he can’t stop looking at me now they faded like perfect!!!“
