We had been looking for a home in the Des Peres / Kirkwood area for months without much luck, and we had always dreamed of building our own home. We found a neighborhood near Pioneer Park in Des Peres that had several new homes being built by Pentrex and decided to get in touch.We were able to customize the home to our liking, and the whole process was much less stressful than I had imagined. We've been living here for over three months and we love our new home.If you want to build but don't like the idea of a subdivision and are overwhelmed by the prospect of finding the land and contractors yourself, Pentrex is the way to go!
