Caylee at palm beach tan is literally an Angel! She answered all of my many, many questions about the process and membership and fees. I even called back after I left the store because I had new questions and she walked me through getting my account set up on the app. She had so much patience for me and helped me find the best color match for my tan. She went above and beyond in all areas and never made me feel bad for having so many ridiculous questions. My spray tan from here was great and the whole process was literally 10 stars, not just five. Thank you, palm beach tan on Watson!

I have a family history of melanoma & last year I was diagnosed with a type of chronic leukemia. Having said this, I completely gave up on any idea of tanning ever again, even outside. Then I got an idea to get a spray tan (bc I’m seeing other ppl with them and I’m like, “WOW! They look fabulous!”) But since I’m a millennial I know spray tans to turn ppl into oompa loopa’s.Kailie spent an easy 10 minutes on the phone with me, and 25-30 minutes in person with me to answer all of my questions to ease my anxieties & help me find the perfect shade for my spray tan. I went into this location on Monday and I have to say, the Assistant Manager Gretchen was so helpful. She was able to answer all of the questions I had, and had a lot of product knowledge. I will definitely be returning since she made me feel so welcomed!Service: Tanning
