If I can give zero I will My experience with My Care Home Care was very disappointing. The communication throughout the hiring process was poor and unprofessional. I was interviewed, completed paperwork, and provided sensitive personal information, including my Social Security number and date of birth, after being told I would be employed and that my schedule would be provided.
Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received little to no communication. I was promised phone calls and updates that never happened. Instead of keeping me informed, I was left waiting without any explanation.
