I had been to another shop for issues with my power chair and got the run around, 1st I needed a new battery [it was 3 years old]. Still not working, went back a 2nd time to be told the motors were going bad and needed a replacement. They charged a service charge and did nothing.
I went to Mobility City looking to purchase a new power chair. I told them the problem. Their tech took it and came back minutes later and said try it. They had connected their hand held controller and changed one setting.
This was several months ago and the power chair works great to this day.
What was their charge? ZERO, nothing. That is awesome customer service.
We were looking for a mobility scooter for my wife. I had done my research online and so I knew the criteria that I needed. The salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our specifications. He had 2 scooters there that matched our needs. He let us both drive them in the store and my wife picked the one she liked. Unfortunately, this exact scooter she had ridden at a competitors store and it was $200 cheaper. Being on a fixed income, we had to purchase the less expensive one. Overall, our experience at this store was a great one. My purchase just came down to price and also the fact that the competitors store was closer to my home.
I had My old wheelchair fixed with two new batteries. Tim and the staff were so helpful and so kind and caring. My wheelchair is 14 years old and they got it running like it was brand new. Thank you Mobility City.
