They have a quick and efficient process for the actual dental work, with some visits taking only 30 minutes or less. They have helped improve patients' smiles, leaving them satisfied with the care they received.
Dr. Chang was super professional, patient, & knowledgeable. First visit was exceptional X-rays, deep cleaning, & crown, out in less than 1.5hrs. Now I’m a client. Thanks Dr. Chang 🙏
I came to Mid City Dental because they accepted Medicaid and I had some teeth issues. Dr Son and his staff fixed my cavities, over 15 actually! After getting this much work done I had to come back a number of times to get stuff done like adjusting my bite , fixing the shape of my teeth ETC but Dr Son was always EXTREMELY nice and helpful. The only issue is that they will book so many people right when they open that if you have a 9 a.m appointment, you may be waiting until 11 or 12pm to be seen because they also allow walk ups, which is just totally unacceptable in my opinion. This was my first time seeing this dentist. The young lady at the front desk who signed me in was friendly.
I also appreciated Tracy, the hygienist was friendly and took care of me.
The dentist was also friendly and helpful when discussing how to fix an issue with my teeth.
I did have to wait a while in the back room before someone came in to prep me for my cleaning. But, the young lady who came in said that she noticed that I hadn’t been taken care of yet and took care of it.
I appreciate that when the hygienist ,Tracy came in , she kindly apologized for me having to wait. A sincere apology makes all the difference.
