First impressions matter, especially if you're the face of an organization. Holy moly, this was the worst interaction I've had with medical office staff. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. The woman who answered was incredibly rude. She asked which doctor I wanted to see, I said I wasn't sure of her name except that she was a female Latina. The receptionist gets snippy, says, "That doesn't help me at all." Then she just goes silent for, like, two minutes. I actually had to check that she was still on the line. So I say, "Well, can I just get a female doctor?" and she says, "Well, which location?" I'm totally flabbergasted, so I reply, "Ummm, the location I called? On Watson Road?" More silence. She finally gives me a date and time which I am now canceling because there is zero chance that I'm going to have any more contact with this woman.

The doctors are great but you sit on the phone forever to make an appointment. I called because they called me. After being on hold for 5+ minutes I was disconnected. I called back and it was over 10 minutes before I talked to a person. Now that person was polite and efficient and it only took 90 seconds to re-schedule but the hold time is ridiculous. Saint Anthony's has taken over the management of this facility the customer service has plummeted. If I did not like Dr. Shetty so much, I would definitely take my business else where.

Dr Patnana was the least knowledgeable physician I have ever encountered. She was far more worried about her hair, outfit and gossiping about the Dr she took over for than her actual job.
