I get my alterations done at Master Cleaners. They have time done within a week for standard alterations which is faster than most locations I have used. I find the owners to be pleasant, helpful, and professional.

I went to pick up 3 winter coats $57 and presented my $1 off coupons. They would not accept and said they had to be presented at time of drop off. There was NOTHING on these coupons that gave that information. This place is a rip off, expensive and certainly not customer friendly. I don't plan to return now should you.
