The 60 minutes massage is actually a 50 minutes massage and the 90 minute massage is actually 75 minutes. Today I got really frustrated about it and cancelled my membership. I felt scammed. I see a massage therapist (Kelly) at Indigo Massage who is wonderful and she honors the time I pay for (price is the same I pay at Massage Lux as a member). It is inconvenient for me to drive to Indigo because it is a 20 minutes drive for me, so I decided to try Massage Lux. However, after a few massage sessions at Massage Lux, I realized that it is worth driving further to see Kelly at Indigo and get my 60 or 90 minutes of hands on massage for the same price.

Friendly staff and great ambiance. I've received a few massages here and all have been great experiences. Recommend their membership program if you anticipate getting multiple massages. Very cost effective.

I live in Indiana. I called MassageLuxe to ask about gift cards for my son and his wife. Kate took my call and walked me through the process. She was very kind and helpful. I'm sure that they will have a wonderful experience.Thank you Kate.
