Wow! This is a fantastic place to get fit. The locker rooms and common areas are spotless. Over 20 free classes are led by professional trainers, including yoga and heated yoga. The facility can get crowded during peak hours, like any gym, but it has a spacious layout with plenty of room to exercise. Besides the standard equipment like free weights, benches, military presses, squats, curls, etc., they have a wide range of Nautilus machines and cardio equipment. They offer not only the basics but also unique cardio machines I haven't seen at other gyms. Pool? Yes, 2 outside, 2 inside, plus a kids' indoor pool. C Tier weightlifters gym. A tier for everything else. Too many people at every hour. Hard to superset any exercises. The equipment is some of the poorest I’ve used in stl. Club fitness, fit city, the edge, lift stl all have much better machines. The problem with Lifetimes machines is the lack of adjustment and extremely poor force curves. For $250 a month they need to get equipment on par with Atlantis or Prime. Pros are plenty of squat racks and good treadmills. Pool and locker rooms and sauna are extremely clean and if you use those a lot i think it mostly justifies the price.

I love going to the gym here! It has everything the modern worker could need. From baby sitting, to a working space, showers that are actually clean and usable, the friendliest staff, a cafe and bar for food n drinks, plus really updated machinery - it's truly a lifestyle. As a remote worker, I absolutely love going here. Just wish the dues were a bit lower but hey, it's honestly still worth it!
