I have used Krause for business and personal key needs for years, and they have always gone above and beyond. I really cannot recommend this place enough, amazing people, I’m always happy when I need to get keys cut, cuz I know I’ll be saying hi to the folks at Krause!!!! They truly are the best

A 5 minute trip and $20 for a replacement interior front door knob and spindle saved me probably $1000 for a new mortise lock set and service call. My only disappointment is with myself for not visiting Krause years ago.

Unfortunately, I locked myself out of my vehicle this morning. I called Klaus Keys(they were near my vehicle location) but due to a their mobile guy being unavailable, they referred me to LOOCSTL (Blake). The confidence in which they gave the recommendation could be heard over the phone. I appreciate a company working with other small companies to take care of the customer. Just good business that will bring me back to them in the future. BTW...Blake lived up to all expectations. Klaus and Blake made a crummy situation a bit better.
