She completely rushed through my manicure. Took way too much off the sides while filing extremely fast. I guess my arm was too close to her so she grabbed my wrist and jerked my whole arm back to adjust it. Didn’t say a single word just yanked my arm. These are my real nails which are typically pretty long. She asked how much to take off. I said just to shape them. Now they look like I’m a chronic mail bitter and she left so much space these will grow out in a couple of days. First and last time at Kennerly nails. Extremely disappointed.
I got the Volcano pedicure. The BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. This is going to be my new once-a-month treat to myself!
