We were visiting from our of town and needed daycare for our dog. Kennelwood was great. It is a big facility with lots of outdoor and indoor space for the dogs. We also took care of bathing our dog while he was there and Kennelwood has a discount option for daycare if you do grooming ☺️ The staff was very friendly and good with our dog and we got a report from daycare and grooming when we picked him up. My only complaint was the check on process and check out process were not very good. Stations are not labeled well and I was rather frustrated with this situation. All the staff here are so awesome! Due to something I had to board my dog for about 3 weeks. Was pretty worried due to her not getting along with other animals. Nothing once happened. She was stressed but I could tell she loved her stay. It helped that the staff treat all animals like their own. My words and 5 stars is not enough to slightly explain how great this place is! Again thank you so much from letter Lucy and Corey ❤️
I have had a great experience sending my cat to Kennelwood, he always comes back happy and has stayed for multiple 7+ day stays with no issues - I appreciate the convenience of being able to drop him off at Bar K. Will definitely continue using Kennelwood in the future!
