Ziegenhein and Sons made a difficult process less painful with their communication, sympathy and true caring about our well-being. Ashley Cothren in particular was amazing in her communication, caring, and follow through with our family!!
I just want to say that I had my sister Roberta Lynne Hughes service at the South County location.
The service was excellent from beginning to the end.
Emily Potter was just amazing.
She was so helpful in every way.
People who care like her is what gets you through these difficult times.
Also Steve who did the service was also great.
Anyway I just want to say that Emily Potter was helpful,kind, and great from beginning to the end .
I'm so glad that she was there at this time.

Top notch people and services. With both of us not residing in St. Louis for several years, we started here to make arrangements for our mother because of location and previous reviews, hoping we wouldn't be disappointed. Can't express the level of service and assistance we received, and highly recommend.
