Excellent staff who spends plenty of time to explain the process and speak to the client to determine exactly what they want. Lots of extra effort to make you comfortable. Work stations are clean and orderly. Artists are clean and pay good attention to hygiene. Highly recommend this business.
We came in without an appointment because my son wanted to increase the gauge of his septum from 14 to 12 and usually most places are quick to be dismissive but the staff was very nice and helpful and said that although they typically require an appointment that they could work us in their busy schedule. Also the piercer was very informative and made his experience comfortable and sanitary. They stretched the hole precisely and with a sense of care. My kid originally was going to try to do this himself but the kit to do so was the same price as Iron Age so the professionalism/quality of their work was a no brainer.
During my last visit a client farted real bad. The staff was very polite, and worked diligently to find the culprit. They searched high and low, leaving no station unsniffed. When the staff finally realized it was me they were very nice about the whole situation.
