If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.

Joe was great. Very professional he explained everything he was doing. He finished early and reduced the bill as he should have. I really think these exhaust fans in the attic will help. Very satisfied.

Kyle LaRose has been to the house several times and now we are like old friends. He is very professional, listens to my things to list (s) and explains what is needed to achieve the end result (cost and how it will be done and time line). Kyle is very personal and engenders trust and patience. Easy to talk to and an asset to Hoffman Brothers. I will use their services in the future.
