Mr. Cardia was so professional and informative. Very well spoken; his questions were transparent and I felt like I was talking to upper management. Mr. Cardia wasn’t intimidating or abrasive, just patient and respectful. This is how interviews should go. He explained the process to me, step by step as this is my first time applying to HireLevel. 10/10 would recommend.
