Heyde’s customer service is great. I had trouble getting my serger threaded. Tammy was so patient and we finally got it threaded for a very small fee. I’ve taken my machines there’s several times and had excellent service. Highly recommend the store.

I adore shopping at Heyde Sewing because their friendly staff makes finding what I need incredibly easy. I also love that they have stock for days of anything I could ever need for a project. Shopping small does not have to be inconvenient and this store proves that over and over. Great work to all!

I’ve had my Pfaff sewing machine (I must have it 35 years) and a Singer heavy duty machine (2020) repaired at Heyde Sewing Machine Company. Both are sewing again like new. Very happy with their service. I could spend an afternoon happily perusing their wares.
